Where did this come from? The constitution is so short and simple, how could you possibly fail to understand what it includes and what it doesn’t? Can people not even read less than 10,000 words? At an average reading rate, you should easily finish reading it, and it’s amendments, and the declaration of Independence all within one hour. And it is THE most important document in all of US law.

I might understand it, if we were talking about US regulations. Tax regulations and laws in specific, back in 2015, were over 10 million words long. Following regulations is a nightmare of complex and often self-contradictory works combined with complex contradictory court cases that make being a good citizen nearly impossible… BUT THE CONSTITUTION IS LESS THAN 5,000 WORDS (not including amendments here).
